Very very bad item. Not at all presentable. I had to gift it to someone, but I’m returning it. Packed box is broken and even whatever shown in the picture, you will receive the opposite of it. Not worth a buy. Please don’t buy it.

For a dhoop holder, it cannot take the heat generated by the dhoop. the product keeps shedding the paint which I am assuming is because of the heat generated by the dhoop. used it for a couple of weeks and then had to get rid of it. that said, the waterfall effect was indeed very nice. it is a pity that the quality was so bad.

Smoke smell remains as pungent as u can imagine strong odor of burning. Product as expected but not to standard for the provided dhoop. I guess seller is cheating on the dhoop. No use if provided dhoop is so stinky.

Smaller than expected but as shown in the pic. The backflow agarbatti stains the furniture so be careful while placing on light coloured furniture.

Smoke coming out is not that clear and flow also not at all good . Not as per image shown in your site showing waterfall .sorry
