I used to buy this in stores like whole foods. However, it's getting harder and harder to find lecithin that isn't in a capsule form anywhere but online. I use the lecithin granules in baking breads. It helps to give the bread that soft texture that most store bought breads have.

I substituted this for a soy lecithin I was having delivered on subscription when that product became out of stock.It works just as well, and actually tastes a bit better than the other product. It mixes into food (oatmeal) a bit better as well.I mainly take lecithin for the cognitive benefits, and this has worked just as well.
