NO NO NO This system is so far out of date, the firmware cannot be updated to support IVMS-4200 and will not support Hik-Connect on your phone. It is not HD and is not Turbo, basically its useless as advertised.The item i received was not the item posted different model number.The seller told me if i gave him a bad review he would get Amazon to restrict my Account!!!!!!

Bad buy
The product did not work properly and I was stuck with it. The product went bad just days after the return date. I tried contacting the sale but no response. Poor quality product!!!!
