These patches have helped my knees
I did not expect this patches to help me. I chronic pain and on Morphine , back knees hips and shoulder are effected by Arthritis.My left knee was so swollen doctor said it will be a knee replacement… I bought the patches and after two to three days the swelling had gone a lot, and it eased some of the pain.. I know it says knees but put one my shoulder and again eased the pain..told my sister and gave her two to try as has quite a bad knee due to a fall, she has now asked me to order some. Also another friend with knee problems bought some after I had told her and again she said they did ease her knee.Only negitive I find is they will roll up a little not all the time, but seem to catch on my leggings or jeans… but don’t come off..I would recommend these patches well I already have. Very great full thank you .

Effective
I was sceptical, but as I do suffer knee pain when hiking, I thought nothing ventured... Maybe it's psychological, but they do work for me - general pain is very much reduced.It's not easy when applying them to peel the backing off, and you have to be careful sticking them onto your knee to avoid creases. And they tend to wrinkle and come away in hot weather when I sweat, but in cool weather it's not a problem. I find them less smelly than Deep Heat, for example, and I experience no discomfort peeling them off at the end of the day.I appear to be one of the lucky ones - they have helped me a lot.

Painful Do not purchase
Not usually allergic to anything, but these caused a burning sensation which gradually got worse. Removed them and revealed a rash and marks which are still there after months. Do Not Buy. 😪

It works
I was sceptical but found it eased pain after I used it for a few days, adhesiveness is good and stays for at least 24 hours if placed on dry skin( no moisturiser etc). it is great value for money too, I have ordered some more
