It is not the product that is described, It suppose to have Three SIM, Three standby (2 x SIM Card Slot and 1 x Micro SIM Card Slot) and only have 1 Sim Card Lot and 1 Micro Sim Card Lot(Only two numbers). Not Three Standby. Very Disappointment. The other Micro SIM is for memory storage no SIM CARD LOT.

This phone performs very well for the price. However there was a defect in the glass, so I requested a return approval from ESON-AM.They immediately responded with a very gracious note of acceptance.

What is stated is deceivingCons:* t has 256mb of ram (not 512) and you cant, for example, install Google Hangouts (and google services, which is needed) becuse it runs out of space.* It doesn'r have a working GPS, the OS don't report it* It is not Android 4.2... it is 4.1 and there is no updates available, nor a website where you may find one. Also, with so little ram, I am wondering how they even make Android 4.1 run at all.* IT IS NOT ROOTED and you will have a hard time finding (and risk everything) finding a tool that might root it.* If you manage to root it (as I finally did) you will realize that there is no swap support nor EXT4 built in the kernel and until now, I haven been able to make link2sd scripts nor mounts2sd work* Contacted the seller twice using amazon contact seller service, asking for directions to root this phone. In the first ansuer they suggested me to go to the store (so, go to China) or to google for the answer. I replicated them and in the next answe they confess that they know nothing about technology involved and nothing about the real manufacturers... they are only intermediarys.UPDATE: Even if the phone says it has android 4.1... I am suspecting that it is andrid 2.3.7 because it feels like it and it fails to instll apps designed for 4.0. Most of the functions that are from ICS+ or Gingerbread are implemented with apps. Also, the kernel is liuux 2.6UPDATE2: The camera is NOT 8MP. If you take pictures in good lighting conditions and then view them in the gallery, you can tell that the CCD is at most 2 o 3 MP, because if you pinch and zoom a little, you dont see any detail, everizing is blured, so it is also some kind of trick, because the camera setting says 8MP.Now I can say that please DON'T buy this phone, unless you are OK with the made-up false specifications stated, and with a almost useless phone.I havent been able to test it for the rest of the specs, but this is very far away from being a clone of an S4/S3 or Note.Pro (yes, they are a few)* It does have a big bright screen and the touch is OK, It has a stylus that works,, but forget about installing software for it, because of the low ram issue* It comes with 2 batts* It look good and feels solid, both cameras workI give one star for being deceiving. If I kew before, I would buy another different... or look for the same real specs in a lower price.

Received my phones today. Bought two of them. They seem to be what I expected but was hoping the user manual would be more. Doesn't really explain much about the phone and how to find or set many of the functions the phone offers. One of the earphones does not work so will have to purchase one for it. But overall the phones are nice. Haven't been able to get the phones into the cases yet either.

I bought it in February and in April was already damaged (The touch). Trip to New York in November 2015 to repair it, but had no repair workshop. I feel cheated, stolen. It is the first time a product purchased through amazon is of such poor quality.

excellent product, has nothing to envy to other phones. the only thing I have is a bit defiente denoted the camera, but all the rest is in perfect condition.I use it up in Venezuela and H + 3g
