Unfinished wood that has splinters after the first wash and unfortunately the handle is lose. You can make it work but not worth buying.

Didn't even use this.Washed before use ..and one large crack appeared , and a second small one.Would not recommend purchasing this

Does the job. Nothing special. Appears to be made of softwood rather than a hardwood.
