Very powerful, which helps break down some of my knots faster than when I was using a massage ball or foam roller. Initially it gave me a bit of a headache when I used it on my neck or chest, but I've gotten used to it now so I can massage neck and shoulders well. It speeds up my post-workout stretching as it can loosen up my hips, hip flexors, chest, and shoulders more quickly, and gives more relief for my pain from a herniated disc. Also likely cut down post-workout soreness so I've been able to workout for the last 4 weeks without missing a single day. Only slight downside is the volume is a bit loud when I'm using it when on the couch with my partner watching TV, but still pretty manageable. For the price vs. strength (way higher stall force c.f. others in its class), you can't go wrong with it. Battery life still decent at max frequency, though likely closer to about an hour than 3-6.

When I removed my Sonic from the included hard case my first thought was this is a good looking massage gun.When I picked it up for the first time I fell in love with the soft smooth grip and just how balanced it feels in your palm. I have used this product in all of my troubled areas such as chest shoulders quads and hamstrings. I can honestly say it has improved not only my recovery but my performance and mobility at the same time. I still believe there is a need for a foam roller occasionally but this massage gun Really does help hit those hard spots to foam roll. My favorite feature about this sonic massage gun is just how quiet it truly is. At max speed you can still easily watch TV and have a conversation with only the white noise of the massager.

My son purchased a much more expensive model so I was a littler nervous about buying this model. It is a little heavier but works just as well and the battery last a little longer. Lots of choice for attachments.

I bought this product because my physical therapist who was in practice by herself had to close down due to the pandemic. She specialized in myofascial release and deep tissue massage which I required because I couldn't go up the steps leading with my right leg. If I tried to step with my right leg, the right hip pain was excruciating. I could only go up the steps leading with my left leg and one step at a time. I didn't know what to do because I needed to continue with her therapy so I thought I would try this percussion massage gun. I am very pleased with the quality, battery charge life and also the performance of this massage gun. I use the flat-head attachment on my entire thigh and calf. It has a lot of power so I don't recommend using this device where there is little tissue (avoid bony areas). I wouldn't use it on the neck area either, but larger muscle groups benefit from this device. Obviously, I can only massage areas I can reach, so my husband has to use the device on my back. It is somewhat heavy and my arm gets tired but I just stop and rest and start again. I am very pleased so far. I like the lifetime warranty and the attentiveness of the follow-up from the company since I received my massager. Purchasing this device would depend on what 'condition' you are trying to treat. So far, my right leg and hip seem to be responding well to this device and I hope this continues.

This massage gun is as advertised. I use it for 15-20 mins a day to ease tense muscles in lower back and neck. It provides almost immediate reduction in pain by getting blood flowing and relaxing muscles. As a 75 year old man I do find it a bit heavy but I can easily get to the areas I need. The multiple attachments are great for specific needs however all I use is the larger "ball" attachment. The multiple speed settings allow me to use the ball at different areas but at different speeds.
