Replaced an older unit with this. Great move easy to use after practice. Lovely coffee and great profile settings which drew me to this unit. Easier to clean than the previous model. Made well. Would recommend.

We were looking to put a larger Bean to-Cup machine in at work but decided to start with a smaller one to gauge how much use it was going to get.After two months of use this machine has held up very well making 50+ coffees per day, it's easy to maintain and clean and makes a very acceptable coffee.In the 12 months since we bought his we have put almost 100kg of beans through it, other than water filters and an occasional descale plus daily cleaning it has worked flawlessly.

For years we've been using an automatic drip filter machine which was great until it eventually conked out. For the last year we've been successfully using a Mokka pot. Wanted an automatic bean-to-cup machine rather than being tied to pods.Had this machine over 2 months now and we've made about 6 or 7 cups a day ... we make coffee, long, macchiato, espresso, latte, flat white and cappuccino. What a revelation. Super coffee.Not all perfect though. The manual is poor. Unless you know what a macchiato is, or the difference between a long and an americano, you're on your own. Wouldn't it have been helpful to give a bit of information; especially from an italian coffee machine manufacturer? I mean, what the heck is a cappuccino mix?Also while it's easy to customise the aroma strength of a selected brew, it's not obvious; and after months of use we still can't quite figure out how to customise the cup size.Using beans is great, but pre-ground coffee is hit and miss. Sometimes it works and other times the coffee drops right through or sticks in the hopper.We love the ease of removing the water container on the side but there's no way of knowing how much water is in it unless one takes it out. A transparent window at the front would have been an obvious design requirement, no?The factory setting temperature of the brew is OK, but we have now set it to high. We haven't adjusted the grind setting as yet, nor the pre-set strengths. It would have been helpful to have some guidance on the difference between grind and strength i.e. when to adjust either one.Oh, and the De'Longhi app is useless. Unless you have a higher spec, wifi-enabled machine, the app doesn't connect to this one.Notwithstanding all these niggles, this is still an excellent machine and highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.

Finally a home made delicious cup of coffee! I love what the machine is producing, it is of a high quality once matched with a premium coffee bean! Great choice of coffee drinks and milk based drinks, if cold drinks aren’t your thing, this is the machine for you

Smart looking machine. Set up and the first few coffees were delicious. Then my coffee seemed to have less coffee taste. On December 17, my latte was pure milk. Checked and cleaned all components. Retried a latte, still all milk. Re cleaned and checked. A pure coffee was an empty mug, with a dirty looking dribble in it.This machine was not worth the price and I would not recommend it. I paid about £25 a coffee, and am now waiting for this piece of rubbish to be collected. Good name, bad design. Delivered on 18th November, started using on 28th and stopped working on 17 December.Not fit for purpose

Very happy with my purchase! I spent hours researching before buyingI think the taste depends on the beans you buy but there are plenty of options to tweak your drink!Only negative is that the machine uses so so much water as it’s constantly cleaning it’s self!! I thought I wouldn’t have to refill it daily but often have to refill 2 times a day. And - a little tip… place a cup under the milk and coffee spouts as otherwise all the cleaning goes into the reservoir which then fills up quickly!

Upgraded from a Nespresso machine and it’s a bit like making a coffee with a T1000! Very smart machine that makes a lovely brew.Only thing I would say is that even on the hottest temp setting, if you use a normal cup, the coffee isn’t hot like you’ve used a kettle, it’s perfect drinking temperature but if you like to take your time I’d also recommend a thermal cup

I decided to purchase this based on reading reviews and watching alot of youtube reviews, unfortunately I've come to realise that the make delonghi dinamica plus has lots of variations with big differences, i was under the impression that this was Bluetooth capable and i would be able to setup my preferences via the app, also different profiles, but this model with model code ECAM 370.70.SB is the basic version so really disappointed with that, as for the important question...does it make good coffee, then yes, lots of options with milk or not, temperature varies from drink to drink but on the whole temperature is a little lower than i would want....although some double expresso's have been VERY HOT, So why cant it produce that heat for all selections?.Another bugbear is it rinses EVERYTIME it turns on AND off, so to not have a preference option for that ie ...every 10 drinks or something is disappointing.Overall it's a good machine with lots of coffee options and makes good coffee, milk frothing is great, water will need filling up regularly if your drinking lots of coffee per day due to its cleaning and rinsing ritual, but this model does have drawbacks compared to the Bluetooth model, personally i don't think this model it's worth the money as your missing out on the app and profiles availability so a cheaper one can do the same quality of coffee making at a better price.
