I took a chance after reading reviews, knowing this would be my personal, business and writing computer. I only had it a few days when a VP from a Fortune 250 company told me he has the same laptop and it is simply the all around best. So affordable even on a tight budget. YES, I recommend this laptop to anyone!

Over all, this is a competent Chromebook from my one day using it. The display is nice, but I wouldn't want to be carrying it around much. It is bulky and feels heavier than it is because of it. The full HD screen creating that bulk is nice.The description lists 2 type C USB ports AND 2 type A ports. This is not correct. It has two C ports that can also accept type A plugs, but there are only two ports. If the seller can't get something this simple correct, what else might they have misstated? Four ports was a factor in my ordering this machine, so it might get returned.

The computer works as described. Fast, clean, and in perfect working order. I only have one complaint. There are no HDMI or ethernet ports. I had to buy a $40.00 adaptor to hook it up to my monitor and internet. Was pretty disappointed. Other than that issue. So far so good.

Cannot connect to google play!Unable to download any apps.It only has 2 USB ports, it does not have CAPS LOCK.CAN"T DO ANYTHING EXCEPT PAY BILLS AND ONLINE SHOPPING.Can't even download WEATHER APP!!!!

This machine is very slow getting started, much slower than my windows machine. Other Chromebooks have not been slow in my experience.

This product is outdated and poor quality. Unless you want the larger screen, just save yourself the hassle and purchase a MacBook.

I bought this for my mother as it seemed it might be easier for her to use. The only thing I needed to get her was a USB mouse.
