If yiu have notorious problems with discharge and blockage that you cannot handle with shower or cotton swabs pr you do not want to shove anything into your ear channels then this is your solution. This is consumer version of what they use in ENT doctors offices to clean your ears clogged with wax. Do not make assumptions that it comes from lack of hygiene. There are cases you had infections and problems that wax buikds up faster than you can remove it. Now price of it beats docros visit in my region. If you are uninsured then price for ENT doctos visit to do the same is 2.5 times more than this device. So in this case cost was returned by just using it once. You can learn how to use it eaisly. I learned by watching ENT doctor doing it to me. Did tge same with the same result. Nowbpay attention to modes of use on this device and water that you use. It has to be body tenperature or few degress more and it shoukd be boild before cooling or distilled and warmed. You do not want bacteria or any microbs that potential could even go into sinuses or brain snd kill you like it happened with a man last monts in Florida ehen he used tap water to clean sinuses. Make sure you do not relax on principke of completely clean water tgat does not contain and invisible life in it.

I don’t recommend this product as it doesn’t do a good job actually cleaning the ears out! Also it hurt my kids ears! So not kid friendly either!

I loved this I was a little skeptical about it didn’t really thing it was going to work, but I read all the good reviews and I had to give it a try because I couldn’t hear anymore in my right ear. It took a while but when all the wax finally came off It was such a good feeling.

Easy to use. Pretty functional and effective.

This is the 3rd unit that I have purchased, and each one died out within a few weeks of use. Nothing happens when I press the power button or PLUG IN CHARGING CABLE. I will NEVER buy one of these again, nor would I recommend this unit to ANYONE. I wish that I could give a "0" rating, very unsatisfied.
