I ordered two of these wardrobes. One arrived in perfect condition. My husband put it together by himself & was extremely frustrated with the process. So if you have no patience or are not handy with putting furniture together, do not try this on your own. The second wardrobe came with a panel that was broken (pictured) so badly it could not be used. I tried calling the company (Hodedah) & you just cannot get through to a live person at all. I used their website to submit a written request for a replacement panel. They responded quickly & said my request would be processed in 5-7 business days. On day 5 I wanted a status update so I emailed again. I received a response stating I would get a reply in 24-72 hours. After 72 hours with no reply (which was also past the original 7th day) I emailed again. I got an auto response stating my comments had been added to my request. At this point I was extremely frustrated as I am on a time frame with the room these wardrobes are going into. So I decided to file a complaint through the better business bureau. By the next day I got an email from Hodedah, but still no confirmation as to whether or not I was receiving a replacement part which is all I wanted. A couple days later I then received a phone call from an extremely rude & unprofessional woman on behalf of the company. She said I would receive a whole new unit. Well I received my replacement today. It is not a whole new unit. It’s just the panel (also pictured) & not the correct panel at that!! It does not match at all!!! It doesn’t have the wood grain look the wardrobe has. The shade of black does not match. It is just a board that is very obvious they painted black. You can see how the paint dripped due to their lack of caring to paint it right. I am extremely dissatisfied & am just over it which is what they we’re probably hoping for. I do not recommend taking a chance with the is company.

The instructions for this piece are so horribly written and when I say bad, I mean REALLY BAD. I spent about 5 hours assembling this piece because I had to go back and remove a few pieces because the directions aren’t clear as to which way things should face or lay. You have to squint looking at the poorly drawn diagrams to figure it out and it’s highly likely your best guess will always be wrong. It’s comical how poor the directions are. I had plenty of left over hardware, I must’ve gotten some of the other people’s pieces LOLOUTSIDE OF THAT, it is a sturdy quality piece. I’m pleased with the outcome.

Instructions are not completely correct. Big gap in doors when using pre drilled holes. Right door drags on bottomed drawer. Meets basic needs for my 3 year old. His hangers are small so they fit but regular sized hangers are slightly too large.

The product seems to be decently sturdy, as far as particleboard/melamine furniture. All the screw holes line up nicely, and the instructions are easy to follow.However, it's so shallow that all my shirts have to be hung at a 45-degree angle so that the doors will close. This would work great for children's sized hangers, but doesn't fit regular adult-sized hangers. The internal clearance is just under 16 inches depth, and my hangers alone measure about 16.5 inches. Add shirts to them, and they have to be rotated 45 degrees to fit. I'll be adding magnetic latches to the doors, so my shirts don't keep pushing the doors open.The drawers are another issue. From the top of the drawer sides to the top of the front drawer facade, there is 3" of clearance. The drawers could easily be 2" taller, given the space. Maybe they designed less capacity for the drawers to avoid tipping? Still, be aware that the inner drawer dimensions are about 28 x 11 x 4.

This is the STUPIDEST piece of built-it-yourself furniture I’ve ever bought. HUGE gouges on the side and every single corner. The instructions don’t say which way to turn the pieces so the white front is shown. Trial and error there, my friends. It says you don’t need power tools. BS. Your hand will shrivel up and die before you finish the 10,000 screws if you don’t use a drill. Then, there is a massive literally glued together chunk of 8 pieces of particle board to attach to the back (I’m assuming so it doesn’t fall over). It weighs exactly 97 tons. The handles are cheap plastic. If all of that didn’t sell this unit itself, the doors are too small! I’ve adjusted the hinges a dozen times. They don’t meet in the middle no matter what I’ve tried. There’s a good one inch gap between the doors. (Don’t hang your unmentionables in there…everyone will see them). I built this alone and it took me two hours, lots of bad words, threatening to divorce my husband for his audacity to be at work instead of building this stupid waste of money with me, blood/sweat/tears, and the sacrificial life of the devil himself to build.In closing….DONT BUY IT!

娘と私で組み立てたんです。二人でやっても3時間かかってしまった。背面は釘打ちがあるので夜間の組み立ては近所迷惑になるかと思います。最後に扉が下がってしまい、引き出しが閉まらなくなってしまった。なんとか扉のネジを調節しましたが、組み立てがほんとにしんどかった。つらい

I had problem with center shelf of wardrobe. I tried to assemble it and it just broke off. Spent 4 hours assembling the wardrobe and when I contacted Amazon they said they can send replacement. Now I have to take apart the whole wardrobe and somehow pack it. It's quite heavy. Need at least 2 people to carry it. Buying furniture online was mistake.

開扉の隙間が5センチくらいある不良品だった。購入してから、しばらく組み立てる時間がなく、2ヶ月後に組立た。そのため交換してもらうことも出来ないだろう。成人男子2人でも、組立前から凄く重くて持ち上がらない。組立の説明書が非常に分かりづらい。組立に時間が掛かりすぎる。2時間以上かかった。マレーシア製。詐欺にあった気分だ。
