I finally found the perfect case. I'm a case snob, but accidentally found this bag searching for parts for my laptop and was drawn by the color. I got the 13-ish inch bag for my Surface Pro 4 and there's a little extra room in the main compartment but that's GOOD because I can finally leave the pen attached to the side. I have been using a Case Crown messenger bag supposedly for the Surface but the SP4 doesn't fit in the padded area intended for the device so it has to go on the other side of the partition (and charger and all my other stuff goes in the padded part) and it's still a tight fit even without the pen attached. This case is perfect, and has a good amount of room in the outside pocket. there are two velcro "hidden" compartments on either side and the handles are attached deep in the pockets, so if you would rather stash them and just use the included shoulder strap, you can, and you'd never know they were even attached! However this is a great feature the Case Crown lacks, and is really handy when you just need to grab something from the bag from under the desk. The outside material has a sturdy (and I should think water-resistant) weave texture but is actually pleasantly soft (again where the Case Crown is very rough, even abrasive) and the device compartment has an ULTRA soft lining and very good padding. The best for last... THAT COLOR! It's accurate to the pictures and yet the pictures don't nearly do it justice. It's a beautiful cyan-ish blue, almost iridescent in the light. My wife loved it at first sight so I just ordered another one for her. Everything else fit and finish wise is perfect... smooth zippers with quality, heavy chrome pulls; strong stitching and no loose threads; adjustable and padded shoulder strap with heavy chrome swiveling attachment points; and very light, especially compared to the Case Crown which seems heavy even with nothing in it. The only minor gripe I might have is that I thought the handles didn't seem like they had very comfortable grips, but the case is so light I haven't noticed it at all since I loaded it up with all my gear, and it goes on the shoulder for me anyway. I guess it could be a detractor if you buy a larger case for a much heavier laptop and intend to solely carry it by the handles and not use the strap, but otherwise it's perfectly serviceable. Can't recommend this case enough! In fact I'm thinking of getting the 15.6" version in the same color for my gaming laptop. Get it now!

The inside is very soft, the seams seem sturdy the strap is sturdy and the outside pocket is a lot bigger than I was expecting! This is perfect for what I was looking for. I'm super happy!

The color was a little brighter than I anticipated but it's a nice case that fits well in my travel suitcase.

It is a perfect size for my laptop. Lots of pocket space. Great bag!

Smaller than I thought. Fits my air 13' pretty snug but it gets the job done.
