Great product with continued use. I noticed improvement. Though machine stop producing heat after 5 months I reached out to the company and they told me they will send me replacement. Waiting for replacement so I can continue seeing results.

It is easy to use and comfort.I using with my aloe gel .Still i don' know most changing but i try this oftenly i guess it works. I bought this for my b day present for me. I hope to change more soon :)

This is a great product that truly does work! I use it three times a week on my hands, and there has been a great improvement in skin elasticity. As good as any salon could do. So glad I made this purchase!!!

I have spent thousands and thousands on our RF treatment in salons. It does work, but it is a very subtle difference and it does take time perhaps up to six months to see good results.This machine is going to be a total money saver as I am finding it works as well as the salon devices.Some people say it does not get hot, but remember you must use conductive gel and use it a lot. Otherwise, there will be no heat.Another tip is to go very slow. Move the handle at a snails pace over the area you are treating. If you go up to setting number 4 you may have to endure a little pain to get the RF benefit. You can train your brain to tolerate it-- but only for half a second!!!! Keep the device moving the whole time. The more gel you use, typically the better. And if you go more than 10 minutes you will probably have to reapply gel during your session.BIG TIP is to NOT use this too frequently. Yes, RF stimulates collagen, but if you over use it can all kill the process and ability to regenerate collagen. This is a common problem with people who get obsessive with these treatments and it very dangerous. Especially on face... you can end up with sunken skin. (Read the studies on this topic.)Just go slow and be patient. Use every 2-4 weeks to be safe. It is a legitimate treatment in terms of the science, and the "grounding pad" is built into the three heads you can use.So far I have only used the largest head on stomach, arms, and neck. I did temp 4 for stomach and arms, but temp 3 for neck.I'll probably have my husband help me eventually with eyelids and using the smallest head. My guess is the that area would only tolerate temp 2.Again, with this device, remember that slow and steady wins the race. :)) You can have pinkish skin in places when you are done, but it should disappear in 20 minutes or less. Be careful not to create a burn-if by chance you do, treat the area immediately with silver or an appropriate surface burn ointment.I hope this lasts forever as I will now have so much more money to save or spend to n more thing! :)) Good luck!!

I’ve been using this for only a week and half so far about 3 days a week at level 2 just to be sure my skin is adjusting. I highly suggest easing into the regimen as well so you know how much your skin can handle at first. Not only can you feel this machine working it’s magic, you can see results start to show rather quickly. This also has a beautiful mod look to it so you won’t be looking for somewhere to hide it while not in use. There are 3 heads for eyes, face or neck, and body. So many of our biggest insecurities can be put to bed just by making and using this purchase. I had purchased the MLAY before this one and had to send it back immediately because the machine stopped heating up and the lights and sounds would go haywire as soon as I’d plug it in (that was after only 3 uses!) I couldn’t be happier with switching to this product, the durability and craftsmanship are impeccable and I love the results I’m seeing! Thanks for making a great product!

I like the stages of intensity. I didn’t like the fact that 2 out of the 3 heads were previously torn from their wrapping before I received it. That tells me it was used. That being said, the person who tried it out made a mistake in returning it.It works works well on chronic injuries to loosen the muscles making it easier to walk and pick things up. This is why I purchased it.However, I tried it on my face and hands. It’s impressive results.

I wanted to have RF treatment in the comfort of my own home rather than going to spas, so I was eager to find a device to use at home. I feel like it reaches heat temperatures similar to ones used in spas contrary to other devices, and it's nice that you can control the power output settings. The areas I'm treating do seem tightened immediately after use. However, the initial device I received was a little spotty in working, so the seller has been very responsive and great in working with me on getting a replacement. I've enjoyed this product so far, hopefully can comment more on its effectiveness when I get the replacement.
