Mi hija lleva leyendo el libro como unas 15 veces desde que lo compramos, le encanta los gráficos, las palabras nuevas, el drama... en general, es un excelente libro para niñas que están pasando a la libertad o adolescencia...

Great book for older Hispabic teens
This and the other books by the author are great for older Hispanic teens who are slower readers. It's funny, relatable, and at their emotional level. But with the pictures it makes it easier to read.

Great for teenage girls!
My niece said it was easy / fast reading and she enjoyed it a lot. Will buy more of the same author. Great book to start buildi g a reading routine for young girls.

Un día de muertos diferente
Al momento de leer este libro ya he pasado por otras obras de la autora ¡Sonríe! y Hermanas, la evolución de sus obras no deja de sorprender. Es una historia que sin ser autobiográfica como las mencionadas anteriormente tiene mucho de su experiencia con los lugares y eventos que suceden en la historia. Realmente se nota el conocimiento de primera mano de los temas. Todo gira alrededor de la celebración del día de muertos tradicional mexicano, y sorprende el ver como es celebrado también en lugares tan dispares de su origen. Se podría llamar de un realismo mágico la forma en que toca la visita de los ancestros y como siempre la naturalidad con que toca temas delicados; la calidad del dibujo y color no dejan de sorprender. Fue leído por toda la familia, mi esposa y dos hijas, y les ha encantado. Muy recomendable.
