I have used these inflatable sanding sleeve holders for years. They work as expected

The media could not be loaded. This thing is expensive for what it is, but it works really well. I understand some people’s frustrations over inflating it correctly. It’s a little tricky to line up the nozzle just right. That being said, I’ve DIYed a few of these myself and this one works better. The inflatable ball has cushion/flex which is far batter than the wood balls I used when I made my own.It’s definitely worth the money if you intend to produce spoons or bowls for sale.

This is a nice system that produces a smooth finish on spoons and bowls. However the Sandpaper for it is so expensive that I think I'm going to have to look for alternatives.

This was what I got I didn't get anything to help it to make a work you have to buy extra. This is a rip off.

This thing is not only expensive (especially when you include the required pump and a few sleeves), it's also kind of a pain to work with. I found inflating the ball easy enough, but deflating the ball and changing the sleeves takes a lot of fumbling around. But I still give it four stars, because if you need the specific function this thing performs, it seems to be the only game in town.But just be sure you need this before you shell out the bucks for it. In particular, I recommend seeing if non-woven polishing abrasive balls like this one can do what you want. They cost a whole lot less.

Either I'm doing something wrong or minds defective because it doesn't inflate. The instructions are poor at best for how to inflate / deflate.
