Vegan emulsion left my face hydrated but it felt a little tacky for a while.
Dermacentric Derma Peptide Anti-Wrinkle EmulsionI’ve never used an emulsion skin care product before. This vegan emulsion, made in Korea, states that it is anti-wrinkle, whitening, and moisturizing. This water-based, milky emulsion is thinner than a creamy moisturizer. Emulsions are water-based so shouldn’t clog your pores, which is a nice advantage to a heavier moisturizer if you have oily or combination skin. It’s light pink in color and has basically no scent, which I prefer for facial skincare products.I first tested it on one hand, and it left that hand silky soft. It applied easily and absorbed quickly. The next day I applied it to my face and neck. I did have some light tackiness for a while after application, but my skin felt soft and hydrated. The next morning I exfoliated my face during my shower and then applied the emulsion. My face still felt a little tacky so I’m giving this product four stars. I’m not sure why the back of my hand and my face had different experiences. I had just used a scrub on my hand which is why I exfoliated my face, but it didn’t make a difference. The tackiness eventually went away, but it took a while. My understanding is that emulsions should be applied after a toner and before a moisturizer (if you’re using those products). For people like me with oily or combination skin an emulsion is a good choice if a heavier moisturizer might be too much. Emulsions can also be a good choice during warmer, humid weather because they are lighter. It’s a nice size bottle (4.05 fl. Oz. / 120 ml) that should last a while because a little bit goes a long way. A drop of this will spread quite far. The box is printed with soy ink, and the packaging is from responsible sources. The EXP date is listed on the bottom of the box and bottle. Mine was 20240617, so about two years. Most of the information on the box is in Korean, but the benefits and ingredient list are printed in English on one side. The bottle has minimal text in Korean and English.

I love this emulsion
I love the "Anti-Aging Emulsion with Peptides and Hyaluronic Acid – 100% Vegan Hydrating Face Lotion – Minimize Wrinkles, Fine Lines, and Spots - DERMACENTRIC Derma Peptide Anti-Wrinkle Emulsion 4.06 fl.oz.", does it help you minimize wrinkles and fine lines? Not sure about that yet, that will always take time to see any sort of change there.I do however love how moisturized my skin feels after use. It does leave a very slight tackiness to the skin but it does go away eventually. It has a very light and fresh scent that I don't find too overwhelming or unbearable. I little definitely goes a long way and I love that it has a pump on the bottle instead of a jar. Overall, I love it...we shall see later on if it helps with the wrinkles or not, so far so good.I forgot to take a picture of the ingredients so here is the list from the sales page...WATER, GLYCERIN, METHYLPROPANEDIOL, CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE, CYCLOHEXASILOXANE, 1,2-HEXANEDIOL, NIACINAMIDE, BUTYROSPERMUM PARKII (SHEA) BUTTER, POLYGLYCERYL-3 METHYLGLUCOSE DISTEARATE, LAMINARIA JAPONICA EXTRACT, ECLIPTA PROSTRATA LEAF EXTRACT, CENTELLA ASIATICA EXTRACT, FICUS CARICA (FIG) FRUIT EXTRACT, THEOBROMA CACAO (COCOA) SEED EXTRACT, ULMUS DAVIDIANA ROOT EXTRACT, AMARANTHUS CAUDATUS SEED EXTRACT, ALOE BARBADENSIS LEAF EXTRACT, PRUNUS SALICINA FRUIT EXTRACT, HYDROGENATED LECITHIN, FRAGARIA ANANASSA (STRAWBERRY) FRUIT JUICE, C12-16 ALCOHOLS, CETEARYL ALCOHOL, CETEARYL OLIVATE, SORBITAN OLIVATE, AMMONIUM ACRYLOYLDIMETHYLTAURATE/VP COPOLYMER, PALMITIC ACID, BUTYLENE GLYCOL, PHYTOSQUALANE, XANTHAN GUM, ADENOSINE, BEHENYL ALCOHOL, DISODIUM EDTA, GLYCERYL STEARATE SE, DEXTRIN, FRUCTOOLIGOSACCHARIDES, TETRADECYL AMINOBUTYROYLVALYLAMINOBUTYRIC UREA TRIFLUOROACETATE, BETA-GLUCAN, CHOLESTEROL, HYDROLYZED HYALURONIC ACID, CYANOCOBALAMIN, CERAMIDE NP, MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE, NONAPEPTIDE-1, ACETYL HEXAPEPTIDE-8, COPPER TRIPEPTIDE-1, TRIPEPTIDE-1, PALMITOYL TETRAPEPTIDE-7, PALMITOYL TRIPEPTIDE-1, PALMITOYL PENTAPEPTIDE-4, HEXAPEPTIDE-9, PHYTOSPHINGOSINE, FRAGRANCE, ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN, CAPRYLYL GLYCOL

My Face Soaks This Up
This was the first emulsion facial product that I've used. It isn't much thinner than some of the moisturizers I've used but it is supposed to be absorbed quicker and hydrate all skin types(mine is normal). I did my standard two days of patch tests. The first on my arm and then just a small area on my cheek. I had no reaction so then I started applying it nightly after washing my face and using toner. I've been using it now for 11 days and my skin feels like it soaks it up quickly.Do I see any dramatic results? Not yet, but I do feel that my skin looks healthier, and I might just be seeing a reduction in some fine lines. It does have a light fragrance which dissipates quickly once I massage it into my skin. It's not tacky or heavy feeling, is a good size, a little goes a long way, and my skin feels extremely hydrated and happy.
