I received the product last night, was excited to open the package, the package was broken, as i attached in this file, i thought maybe the machine is still working, package is fine, then I tried to follow the instruction to get start the machine, the machine just felling off! now I want to return the unit, it has to ship back to China?! the shipping cost is higher than machine, it is not worth to buy! the selling is shipping defect product to us, and you dont even bother to return, because its so expensive to ship to overseas from the states.

This sewing machine is amazing. I was laughing looking at some of the 1-star reviews as it looks like people were trying to sew entire outfits, and got upset when the "arm" fell off. If you are looking for a machine to sew outfits, or sew over PERFECTLY STRAIGHT LINES over a very long distance, then this is not the machine for you. I just took this out of the box and was able to put in (2) 2-inch intake seems in my wife's dress (and I am not familiar with sewing machines by any means). We also were able to sew a hole in the crotch area of her scrubs within 2 minutes (actually quite funny :-)A tiny sewing machine for those tiny to light medium jobs where you are not trying to sew through more than 3-4 layers of "thinish" materials!!!

How do i contact seller? Instructions are way too tiny to read! And i can't get the stitch to hold down in the fabric on my own. Have had no success so far. Watched a youtube video, but it wasn't specific enough for a beginner.

Completely useless machine. The machine didn't work from the beginning. And, it was used and not new (there was a white piece of fabric that was stuck on the needle when I took it out of the box). I put 4 brand new batteries in the machine and initially heard the motor go for about 10 seconds and then it stopped and never started again. I replaced the batteries with 4 more new ones and nothing happened. Also, the switch/safety lock was broken right out of the box, the switch was shifted to the left of the space where it was and although I was able to put it back into its place, it still was broken when it arrived.

Uses alot of battery power, takes some practice to use; I got it on sale, so the cost was good - it's difficult to learn how to use and runs out of battery power quickly. would not recommend to friends/family; might as well sew the item by hand or with your machine

I received one of these 20 years ago when I left for college as a kind of gag gift. It worked great! I purchased this as a kind of quick job tool, however it has never worked. Impossible to get a stitch started and ended up just doing by hand. I wish my original one didn’t go out on me!

Convient but sometimes hard to use
