[Tokyo] Tokyo limited pancake Lang de Sha (TOKYO PANCAKE LANGUE DE CHAT) (14 pieces)

Of all the little treats I brought back with me from Japan, I grabbed a box of these and didn't try them until I got home. After I tried it, I was blown away by the flavor and aroma of these treats. Imagine biting into a thin cookie, but the outside edges of it are very crispy and it all tastes exactly like a pancake. And once you get into the center of it, you'd swear there was a small bit of butter there. I immediately looked online to see where I could buy more and bought multiple boxes to have my friends try it out. They all could not get over how amazing they were. HIGHLY recommended

The challenge was to create a Cookie that is the essence of a stack of pancakes covered in Maple Syrup and butter. They perfectly recreated that experience. It is not a cookie to wolf down, it is a cookie to take small bites and savor the experience. They really do come from Japan but they come fairly fast. Much sooner than predicted.

These are delicious but very small. There are cookies similar to these that are more inexpensive and generously sized
