Segway-Ninebot D38e Adult Electric Scooter; 350W, 25km/h, 38km Range; Red; Enhanced Visibility Features

Segway has pathetic after sales service. Their scooter’s battery is poor and if you send it for repairs you will die getting support from Segway but they will not provide any support. After keeping scooter for 2 months no one is bothered to help and just sending customer to retailer and not providing correct information.I have spent more money in getting the refunds travelling to retailer and coordinating with Segway. No contact information except the email which has worst support. I will not recommend Segway to anyone.

Had to return another nonebot model twice, and finally bought this one instead. Been very happy with it🙂

Perfecto, muy como fácil de manejar. Carga bastante rápido.

Ottimo monopattino, di elevatissima qualità, mi ha cambiato la vita agevolandomi non di poco nel tragitto casa lavoro, il problema è che i 38km li si fanno in modalità eco (15km/h), in modalità D e S (entrambe 25km/h) l’autonomia si aggira intorno a 15/18km.Un peccato essendo dichiarato con autonomia di 38km.Per il resto perfetto, ottima stabilità costruttiva, ottima visibilità in notturna, un po’ ingombrante per trasportarlo in treno.Consigliato

Hay que aclarar que la autonomía no es la que marca, yo he comprado el modelo de 38km, el recorrido que hago todos los días es de unos 14km y llego a casa con un 40-50 % a casa, le daría una autonomía de 25 km de uso normal por ciudad (todo esto en modo S, en modo D algo menos)Pese a eso el patinete va perfecto, ningún problema y tiene fuerza para subir cuestas pronunciadas si se da el caso.Según vaya dando uso igual edito el comentario diciendo la autonomía que tengo después de un tiempo a modo de referencia.
