Makes my brain work better but hard to swallow
These seem to help me a lot with my brain fog and memory lapses, however, the tablets are thick and the edges are sharp which makes them very hard to swallow, so I just chew them up. They don't taste too terribly nasty this way and go down easily.

This supplement was recommended by a homeopathic doctor that we had been seeing for my 95 year old mother with dementia and aphasia. After a number of months on this supplement, I can't honestly say that we saw a difference in her.
