Philips Perfect Bikini Trimmer, Blue

I had the original of this made in partnership with Bliss and used it for at least 8 years. It still worked but the battery barely held a charge. I got this replacement and the old heads all fit. The only thing is this one makes a slight rattling sound while I use it but that’s not a big deal. It works great and I hope it will last as long as my first one!

Trimmer does what it is suppose to do, which is trim hair. Nice that it comes with a small bag to put the accessories and charging cord in. Whoever wrote the copy for the packaging was really struggling to find the right words. “Hours of creativity!” Gosh, things have gotten really out of hand if you are working on a topiary.

The trimmer worked fine but the guard on it doesn't lock into place and so it moves while you are shaving. You have to hold onto it in a certain way to stop it from doing that and ruining your trim. Annoying.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Original showed light as charging. No charge even 24 hrs later. Moved to 2 other outlets and although charging light was on, still didn’t turn on after proper charging time.Ordered a replacement and same issues.Will be returning both.

Don't buy this if you are interested in the shaver attachment - it doesn't work at all. It literally does nothing.As for the trimmer, it works fine, but the comb attachment doesn't attach securely and falls off easily when using. I use it without the comb and it gives a very close trim, but you have to be very careful because it can pinch.Overall I would not recommend.

I looked for a long time trying to find a bikini trimmer that didn't bite back. This is it! I couldn't be happier. Very close trim but no grabbing or cutting in sensitive areas. I haven't owned it long enough to weigh in on charging and longevity. But if I have to buy it yearly, I will. Gladly.

This is a great trimmer, lasted me about four years before the battery started to give out. The smallest trim is still pretty stubbly, but my skin can't take a full shave anyway. Can clog and needs occasional cleaning (mechanical grease plus hair is gross) but mostly a really easy-to-use and precise piece of equipment.
