This product arrived via DPD and the box was damaged the driver apologised and said it burst open in his van and he taped it up as best he could. I checked the contents and they were all there As far as the bracket itself has to be said this is of great quality and undoubtedly the easiest one to fix to the wall and I have fixed up a fair few. Good instructions and for the price I paid am very happy overall. I like the tilt function but also the simple release catches for easy removal.
