I've had every phone, this is the best yet. I like using it and I like looking at it. If you want a big phone buy this one.

What Amazon doesn't tell you is that this version isn't the better snap dragon but the exenos chipset instead resulting in not so good video captures at all 🙄🙄

Easy to use and excellent screen quality, and Great quality camera.

One word! EXYNOS! This chip spoils this phone. It's useless.

I absolutely love the phone. Its screen quality is so good. Only thing I have issue with is that it says that it comes with free ear buds but they were not there, so it's a bit of a misguide. Other than that I am happy with my phone.

I received a 'new' S22 Ultra in what appeared to be perfect condition, however, after set up the S Pen failed to connect. After continuous reboots and troubleshooting, I called Samsung for technical support as the device was under warranty having just been purchased. Samsung confirmed the S Pen was faulty and the warranty had expired...since the device was not new and had in fact first been purchased in February 2022! I did not buy a refurbished phone, I purchased a brand 'new' device from the seller on the premise that a 2 year warranty was included by Samsung. This seller was not honest and sold a product that was not as described. I immediately returned the phone, which was a smooth process and was refunded within days of the return reaching the seller. The smoothness of the return process is the reason for 2 stars. I would not recommend purchasing devices listed as 'new' from this seller.

The phone is OK although the used phone I received was described as used but good. Very obvious marks so I think the description was not quite accurate. My biggest issue is the fingerprint problem. Took a couple of attempts to get my fingerprint accepted to open the phone. My banking app wouldn't open at all stating the fingerprint wasn't recognised. No screen protector on the phone. Several reviews stating similar problems. Sort that out and this could be a good phone.
