I bought this for my Oceanic Veo 2 computer. The kit came with the battery, O-ring and a small tube of silicone jell. Everything I needed for a quick battery change. Also the delivery was reasonably quick.btw....The Oceanic Veo 2 is a great dive computer. I've had mine for 9 years. Very user friendly. I have another computer that has more information than I need. The Veo 2 has been discontinued and replaced by upgraded models, but I'm staying with this reliable, easy to use computer
