Does the job very well, good quality, and easy to maintain in a "high traffic" location!!
I am giving this bug zapper five stars despite the first one that I bought for this season did not work and had to be replaced. The replacement works fine.I chose this brand as I bought one last season and it worked faultlessly, I have a garden that attracts a lot of bugs and critters in the warm months and this zapper does it job very well. I like that the zapper can be free-standing or hung from a hook etc. The unit gives a lot of light out and is necessary as I have had infections from bites multiple times.The build quality of the zapper is very good and it is easy to clean/empty. The only thing that I dislike is the sizzle/crackle sound, it always makes me feel guilty.

Does the job
It does kill bugs - and rain drops. It does not kill the bugs right away and continues to zap until I release the bugs.The little brush helps to remove insects from the grid but cannot reach the bulb. I have tried to remove the bulb but it does not come out - even following instructions. Wrote to the seller asking for more instruction on removing the bulb. They referred me to their after-sales division And I have heard nothing since.UPDATE: After a bit of back and forth the company sent me a new light. All I really needed was instructioons on how to remove the bulb. I'll find that online. The light works fine (I take the bottom off so that the bugs do not build up and will just fall through.) The company continued to email me until I changed the review. Hopefully, the issue is closed now.

Great Unit
This has been a great Bug Zapper. It does what it suppose to do. I am late on leaving a review because I have been using it for a few months and it stays on 24/7 and Does its job. I would recommend. For the price it is a good deal and Most helpful. It is not as big as the Picture shows, but works as well as a bigger unit. Very Satisfied.

I use these zappers inside for my plant stands. Kills those annoying flying knats and mesquitos indoors for me.

Good value for the money
does good job and easy to order new replacement light bulbs. Only had to replace one so far of 5 units purchased two years ago.
