My gas stove was not preheating. The igniter was on because it was glowing. I took it loose to look at it, and it fell to pieces. I ordered this new universal igniter. It was easy to install. I just spiced the wires together. Now the stove preheats faster than it did when it was new. I don't know why that is, but it is much better.

Replaced the igniter in my oven. I've done this before, and this is probably my third or fourth igniter on this very old range. Part arrived promptly and worked well after installation. Price was cheap. Shipping was fast. Part worked perfectly right away. Can't ask for more!

Easy to install and worked fine for 7.5 months but now it’s dead.Got this to replace the dead factory igniter in my 9 year old blue star range oven. I don’t think it’s worth having to replace this part twice a year.

These work great as a replacement ignitor on my Viking range. Unfortunately they only seem to last a few years. They are fairly inexpensive so i dont fret.

The igniter from my stove’s manufacturer is totally overpriced—I am happy to have gotten this one!

Good part

I bought this to replace the igniter for the oven on my Bluestar 36" range. The range is about 12 years old and runs like a beast. The only thing is, the oven igniters don't last too long. I'm really happy I saw someone say these work with the Bluestar. Fast shipping too, thanks

Product looks like better quality than the original part. Needed to splice the new igniter into my oven’s wiring harness, but other than that installation was a snap. Oven’s working great.
