Great Product

I Keep Going Back to This One
I do a lot of gluten-free baking, and I've been having fun trying a bunch of different GF flour blends. It's difficult to find a GF blend that's also whole grain - the only other brand that comes to mind is the Cup4Cup Wholesome blend and it was ehhh. THIS blend though is one of my favorite, whole grain or not. It binds well but isn't too gummy (like many are). The flavor is milder and pleasant, not super earthy like buckwheat. It's finely-milled and gives baked goods a nice soft, airy texture. I just wish they sold this in a bigger size!
