Makes creamy almond milk
These almonds make the best almond milk! It really does seem creamier than using regular almonds. My usual recipe calls for 1 c soaked almonds to 3 cups water. With these almonds I used 1 c almonds to 4 cups water and it is creamy. I use about 4 dates as sweetener and a pinch of pink or Celtic salt.

Loved these Almonds and I will be ordering more in about 6weeks. My son makes me milk from the almonds. We feel that by making our own, the milk is better for me. I have a protein shake most morning with fruit! . Keeps me satisfied un till lunch. Still trying to figure out making almond flour.

The taste is like almond extract
I love the Terrasoul brand. This was the first time I purchased the mylk grade almonds. They made a fantastic almond milk, but the reason for the three stars is it tastes like almond extract. If you like that, this is the nut for you! I do not like the taste, thus was very disappointed and I ordered three bags. I have never had almond milk taste this strong.

Waste of money
Not at all a good productThey smell like expiredAnd i dont even have a option to return them i stuck with these and they are not even worth to eat i feel like if i eat them i might spoil my health. Waste of my money

My favorite milk almonds
This is all I use for espresso milk drinks. I use 8 oz almonds and 3 cups water - Vita-Mixed and milk-bag filtered. And add 1T Vanilla extract, 1/8t cocoa powder, 2t Maple syrup. Optional: 1/4 to 1/2 t almond extract. And I usually add 12 oz barista oat milk. Adding the oatmilk makes it more creamy.

3 fails out of 3 - its a No Go to me.
I have purchased 4 diferent brands of almonds to make homemade almond milk. By far this one is the worst. What I am looking for :1. Almond flavor2. Creamy Texture3. Unpasteurized almonds to be able to rip the nutritional benefits of the Almonds.Over all this almonds are:1. Flavorless2. Watery3. Pasteurization or some sort of process most have taken place because the skin comes off very easily after soaking for a few hours. You dont even need to heat it up, thats how easy comes of. The skin of unpasteurized almonds won't come off until you soak them and then heat it. Actually some almonds already in the bag come without the skin, some rotten and the rest yellow brown color, they look old. ( see pictures).Just to add to the quality , they come in broken pieces wich makes it more time consuming to sort out.If this is the almonds that big name companies producers are using (as stated in their product description) I know now why those almond milk in the store taste so bad!I was considering purchasing 30lb a month of this almonds, but after my first try I will never buy this almonds again. Not even for free I will take it. Oh and no this is not one bad bag. I bought 6 pounds of it.
