Hello, does this work for snake eggs?

The Maxi 24 Ex isn't really the correct product for the job but it can be used. The temperature range in the Maxi is suitable for reptiles 68 to 104 F. You will have to turn the turning feature off . Humidity for reptiles needs to be really high but I'm guessing you will setting them in damp vermiculite so that should be fine as long as you don't rely on the humidity pump.

Can this hold an Emu egg?

No , the Maxi 24 will not be able to accommodate Emu eggs
