PERFECT!
I have two 10-pound havanese puppies (both under a year old) and we travel a lot. They don't have any mobility issues but they are little pranksters - so I find a stroller invaluable when checking into hotels and walking around shopping centers or art festivals. This stroller is perfect! I tried the 3-wheel PetGear double stroller and it was impossible to maneuver and super heavy. This stroller is much lighter to lift, folds much flatter, is much easier to set up and fold, and it gives the puppies more room to move around. I could easily fit 4 or possibly 5 puppies in this. They (and I) love the "sun roof". However, I've only had it for a few weeks and we've only used it twice, but I feel like it's not super sturdy and won't last long. Not sure, just a feeling. For example, the zipper around the sun roof is already tearing away from the fabric. I only zipped it once and it's already tearing. I think it might be from the fabric stretching when the stroller is being unfolded. So we'll see. If it lasts a year of our adventures then it will have been well worth the $250 and I would happily buy it again.

My dog loves it
My dog loves this stroller. It's low enough to the ground that she can get out when she wants or stay in and still be able to sniff things on the ground. She also loves how it opens in the front. She can rest when she needs to but still gets to enjoy everything. It's collapsible for easy storage and it's a good size for a bigger dog. It's a great stroller for a decent price but there are few problems with it.My main problem is the front wheels. They get caught on almost everything: cracks in the sidewalk, rocks, sticks, soft pieces of ground,... There have been plenty of times where I've had to lift it from the front and pull it until I've found sturdier ground. They're also made of plastic so they're not the strongest. I did end up breaking both front wheels and had to buy replacement wheels.Another concern I have with it, is when the front is folded up, it's easy for my dogs tail & feet to slip off the sides and get caught under the back wheels. I do recommend putting something along the sides on the back half if you're going to open the front part for your dog.Overall it's a decent stroller. I did have to make some home improvements to make it work for my dog & for Canadian weather but it has allowed me to take my dog for walks when I wouldn't have been able to do so without it.

Customer service - correction
So I originally have this product 1 star because it arrived & the back door clasp was shattered into pieces. I contacted customer service & they responded promptly & sent out a new replacement piece. Once applied, the door was able to stay shut. I’m giving it 3 stars because the clasp itself isn’t very sturdy & I think for the price they could use a better clasp or better design for longevity.
