Complexion Saver
I had started to notice fine lines and sun spots probably from being outside too often without sunscreen. A friend of mine referred me to Prodermagenix to help with these issues and I was really surprised by the results. The fine lines are virtually gone and the sun spots have started to fade after just a few weeks. Prodermagenix also makes your skin really soft-a great product if you hate spending a ton of time on your skincare regimen and need a product that does a lot.

Cheating and worst customer service ever!
I ordered ONLY a trial version on Feb 20, costing $3 dollars. But it charged me $129 monthly without sending me any notice. If I didn't check my credit card statement, I would have missed it and paid monthly.I called and spoke to one customer service agent for a long time. He agreed to remove all the $129 charges and agree to send me a confirmation email by my request. However, I haven't heard anything and seen anything changes on my bill. This customer service agent is lying and didn't do the job he committed. The product is for anti-wrinkle. The whole long process dealing with the company gives me more wrinkles.

Scam!
I ordered this before I realized my computer had a major malware issue. I thought the 'survey' was legitimate and was thrilled to know that I could choose a free gift. ProDermagenix was one of the gifts along with a few other items. I went with the skin cream thinking that it would actually work. I got headaches from it but I assumed it was because I'm sensitive to chemicals; I mostly use natural creams. When I went to look up the reviews because I wasn't seeing any positive results people were complaining that they got charged 129 monthly! I immediately checked my bank statement and there it was a charge from the same skin care company. There's really nothing that you can do but call your bank and have them remove the changes since the company is practically unreachable and will most likely not do what you're asking. I'm so glad I spotted it when I did before they made any more changes but seriously regret falling for it in the first place!Update: Actually, the bank was not very helpful in helping me resolve this issue. They insisted that I call the company to cancel and get my money back from them before I file a claim. I was a little disappointed that they didn't take the issue as seriously as I'd hoped. When I asked them to not let the company make any more charges to my account they refused so as to not override the terms and conditions. I called the company and after a few moments of arguing back and forth they finally agreed to refund my money. Now we'll see if they follow through. My bank wants me to call them back to make sure that it's on record but honestly we shouldn't even have to deal with businesses like that in the first place.

How Not to Go to Market
My wife and I add our comments to the experience of others. This tale of woe started with a pop-up offering a "free trial" of a skin care product. All that was required was a credit card number to pay for the shipping charge of three dollars. The product arrived and a three dollar charge appeared on the credit card. A few weeks later a charge for $129 appeared. We disputed the second charge to Chase. The name Dermaginix does not appear on the credit card bill. I found a phone number and called. They claim that it was clear that the "free trial" only lasted two weeks and then a charge would come for the cost of the product. There was no such disclosure. The first we heard the name Dermaginix was a confirming email -- it which did not disclose that the free trial was far from "free." One wonders what kind of marketing plan this -- mislead the customer with an offer of a "free trial" and then charge them an exorbitant amount and hope they don't notice. As for the product, my wife discontinued use after one application.Proceed with caution.

Beware of of the 14-day trial period!
The product seems to work and I have noticed improvement in the fine lines on my face BUT not for what they charge for it and the recurring nightmare of getting off their auto-ship program. The trail was a 14-day period FROM THEY DAY YOU PLACE THE ORDER and the cancellation policy says you can cancel "anytime" in that 14 days. Not true as they have East Coast call center hours so make sure call well in advance of the 14 days if you want to actually cancel. I got a message on their line they were having "technical difficulties - try your call later". I called the next day but they were saying I placed my call a day before I actually did. They are basically trying to get you on the "fine print". The free trial ended up costing me another $129 to get a second shipment of the products. It appears their mission is to get your money -- corporate greed perhaps. I did not order my product from Amazon but from an Internet "Free Trial Offer - pay shipping/handling" type of ad.
