Works great - you can reset if it stops working!
This product is great! I use it to auto catch and spin stops while I’m driving. It does disconnect after about an hour, but I think this is more to do with the Pokémon Go app than the auto catcher. To reconnect, you simply click the icon on the top right of the Pokémon Go screen and it reconnects, so not an issue. After about a month it suddenly stopped working. It connected to my phone & app but it wouldn’t spot Pokémon or Poke Stops. I emailed Brook and they replied right away with a method to reset the device, and it worked!Basically, you ensure all settings on the device are enabled, you plug the Brook into its charging cable/dock and then plug the cable in and out of the power source 10 times quickly. I then reconnected it to the app...works like new!

Stopped working after a few hours
It connected and worked perfectly for the first 30 mins. I had fully charged the device. I started to notice it randomly disconnect. Then after a few hours it disconnected and now will not pair. The phone sees it, the Pokémon app sees it but it refuses to connect. I've spent hours going through articles. Factory reset, unpair, delete Pokémon go, check permissions, ect ect. It seems as if the device is faulty. I'm returning it and buying the more expensive go-tcha which is supposed to be the best. The worst part about all of this just purely the time wasted trying to work out what's wrong with it. Very frustrating.

Good Value
Was fantastic for a year and a half. Now it has stopped working and can no longer charge. Satisfied with the value, however, as it was used for hours every day for 17 months without fail.

When it works it’s good
When it actually allows you to connect it works great. Perfect for busy cities and places with loads of poke stops and gyms etc.. you’ll fill your bag easily! When it doesn’t connect it’s a right pain in the A55!You need to forget device. Then pair again. Then try the app.. it’s a ball ache. I’m 50/50 on wether to send mine back.

Great for one handed play
I started playing again recently as something to do when I'm walking, but I've got a problem with one of my arms and throwing balls one handed while walking wasn't working out too well once I'd gone up a few levels. This is the perfect answer.Had a few issues with setting it up just that was down to setting on my phone. If you find it says Bluetooth is disabled look under Pokemon Go on your settings and check the permissions there. Connection does drop from time to time, but only tends to happen when I'm on a call etc and easy to reconnect.Really like having the option not to autocatch Pokemon I don't already have any how long this lasts on a very quick charge. I haven't put it in the strap and find I need to be careful if I've left the vibration alerts on if I've left it on a desk or table. The vibrations have it jumping off the end in no time so it would be easy to miss

Useful, good for community days and events when stuck at work!
Really good little product. Was a little difficult to set up and read instructions - didn't realise you had to keep the pokemon go app open on your phone for it to work, going to have to keep an eye on battery level! My only complaint is it disconnects after an hour or so but I think its because the GO app itself closes after being open for so long so will have to look into if that can be changed. Really happy with it though!

Awful. Nothing like the original gotchas
Do not buy. So disappointed in this auto catcher. Doesn't work properly, connects then maybe catches 1 or 2 pokemon before disconnecting and refusing to reconnect until I've restarted the phone. Honestly was not worth the hassle!! Feel like I've just thrown money down the drain.
