Customer service is amazing!
We bought the vac 1 year ago and it did a great job throughout the entire season. Was unsure how well of a job it would do given that it was battery powered, but we absolutely loved it and it was the only vac we used. Unfortunately, when we got the pool setup this year for the season, it didn’t take a charge. For the price, I wasn’t totally upset because it worked great for last season. But I did reach out to the company and they literally had a new unit on our front porch within 1 week… unbelievable customer service… do not hesitate to get this vac. Battery life is awesome. Picks up very well. And above all - blown away by their response… not many companies around that respond so quickly and they made it right immediately… Ella is a champ!

Works great!
I love this product! I have been using this product for 2months and it works as exactly what is mentioned(Better than I expected). I bought this product to clean up the debris after robotic cleaner and it sucks up all the tiny debris and dirt. Although some people mentioned the battery life isn't that good, I haven't had that problem so far. Just one minor improvement would be the switch design as it sometimes hard to turn off the switch after cleaning.

long life run before charging
works great in our 16 x 10 pool. with extension handle I can reach most of the pool from one mid point but a little hard to keep on the bottom fully extended. battery charge lasts for several cleaning sessions and even used it ion our catchment tank where lots of debris from gutter collects. it has good power and takes even the tiny debris from the pool with no problem. wish it had attachments for cleaning specific areas away from the disturbance of the motor put while working not to disturb debris I want to focus on Great vacuum for the price

Worth it
I was nervous to purchase something like this and it not work well but this thing does the job! I use it on my Coleman hot tub and it works amazing, just had the top blow off recently and it picked up everything that blew into it. I'd buy again

A very good product 3
I have in the meantime read all the reviews and the questions and answers about the Efurden Vacuum. What strikes me, is, that so many buyers are over the moon with their purchase, and that some describe itas not working properly, being faulty or useless. This discrepancy can only be assessed by logical thinking:No producer for Amazon will send out faulty products (I guess there might be a less than 1 % margin of faultiness when the product arrives at the user). Therefore, the conclusion is, that the mistake is not with the product, but with the user. Thus, logically thinking, which mistakes might occur with the first time user?It could be the case, that the user doesn't study the user manual carefully with the product by his side, or even not at all!!Practice over theory. But you have to assemble or take apart the gadget with care, until you can handle the vacuum with ease,or you will damage or break the delicate parts from the very start.Getting into the swing of using it successfully will take time and patience and ever refined handling and practice, and a repeated return to the user manual, which some people think they can skip, much to their disadvantage.(Only one example: Although the manual warns about it, we did indeed drop the bottom part of the vacuum on our feet - thank heavens not breaking or damaging anything - neither gadget nor foot. Conclusion: Once bitten, twice shy.)I seems to me, that many mistakes might be connected with a broken or damaged filter, and I found the advice to put the foot end of a woman's nylon stocking over the damaged filter particularly helpful.in the meantime, while using the Efurden vacuum, I have observed milky water coming forth from the two water outlets on the side of the the main vacuum body, something which other users have complained about. The logical conclusion is, that this milky debris can pass through the fine screen of the filter because it is even finer, so that the screen allows it to pass through. But I am not entirely sure whether this conclusion is correct, because in this same cleaning instance the bigger debris all came rushing out with the water into the pool again, when I had finished the cleaning and was pulling the vacuum out of the water. What had happened?Trouble Shooting Point 2 provides the explanation: "The canopy flap which works like a door to prevent the debris from escaping from the filter" had slipped from its position down into the intake shaft below it,and had gotten stuck there. It took me quite some time to find this out, and I wonder, as I mentioned above, whether the white milky water running out of the outlets on the main body above might not be connected with this problem.I will keep observing it.We are still happy with the little Efurden Vacuum. It keeps us occupied - and it won't suck in Maple leaves,as I found out on this occasion; the opening is too small for that.Anyway, I will keep you informed about the further adventures with our little Efurden handheld vacuum.

B+ Review
Came well packaged. I charged it to full as soon as I pulled it out. Set up was easy. But this is a low powered vacuum. I give it a c+. The goal was dirt at the bottom of an above ground pool. It got 70% of it but pushed away the rest. I will need to do this several times to get the results I want.

Nice little vacuum for pool
It is good but I wish the bag that collects the debris had smaller holes. You would be amazed at the dirt and sand that is found on bottom of my pool. Not strong enough to pick up larger leaves, but does help keep the pool neat as needed. Recharge takes about 45 minutes in most cases.
