I am so thankful for this product. It has relieved my stress and inability to fall asleep after suffering head trauma in a car crash. The inventor of this product has my gratitude. It is the only relief I was able to find.

I guess it has been helping me to relax and fall asleep easier, but it still seems difficult to tell. I have been using it in conjunction with their Benesom supplement. However, I don’t know if I just got a bad batch, or what, but about 1 in every 3 packs seems to be missing the citrus flavor. With the citrus flavor, it tastes great, but without it, it tastes like nasty sugar water. Because of this, I’m not sure I would buy it again. One would think Metagenics’ quality control and consistency would be better, given how expensive their products are.
