Do Not Buy This Machine

For your own benefit - Do Not Buy a GBC Pinacle 27 Laminating Machine!we purchased this machien direct from GBC 2 years ago (not Amazon).Was so NOISY!After 7 factory service calls in 9 months -Greasing - adjusting - replacing partsGBC exchanged the machine for a different model.Their suggestion?!?!Supply all our customers with hearing protection!Would you like to walk in a store and be handedhead phones just so a poster could be laminated?

Don't look for any answer's from GBC

We bought the most expensive, high end laminator this company makes, and have had trouble since day 1. GBC itself has no customer support system at all, instead they refer you to the closest seller (in our case 4 hours away). Since we've not received good service from the seller, we've asked GBC for an alternate, which they were unable to provide - they literally have no idea who carries their products! This is incredible to me - so I have to say their customer service is nonexistent - pretty sad.....
