dragon herbs is top of the line
i have used dragon herbs for endurance- mushrooms like performance mushrooms do make a difference. supposedly shilajit has any trace stuff your body might need. i had a testosterone check and my doctor the first time asked if i was juicing. i dont know if my high levels are due to shilajit, cuz sometimes i go for a couple months without it- there havent been enough studies according to some, but dragon herb is no joke so i would say yes there herbalists are very well trained
