So i have bought this laptop as a gift for my mother, when i first got it wanted to set it up and found out that the right speaker was not working, there was a warranty with it from the seller so normally i contacted the seller and he replaced it for me. The second one while setting it up the screen started flickering i thought it was a driver issue or something so i have updated everything then figured out that it was the screen was a defect. Contacted the seller again and he told me to request a refund through amazon and he will give me a full refund.So now for over 20 days i have been waiting for the seller just to accept the refund request in the end he responded that he can’t accept the refund request and he is not even answering my calls or messages through WhatsApp.Not sure if the product is the issue or is it the seller but both of them not worth wasting your time over a bad quality product and a bad seller.

I have checked on the hp website and it is the original laptop.the pen is not included and that's ok because the price is less.I made a mistake while choosing the SSD size. 512 GB is not enough now a day.

I bought a laptop as advertised of 2 TB and 32GB Ram and that was exactly what I found in the product specification when I opened the laptop then when I checked the website and the serial I've found that the laptop 1 TB and 16GB Ram !!!!!!!!!!

Supplier was very helpful in sorting out initial issues i had with the product. Overall great product and super support from supplier.

please do not buy any electronic item from seller (day to day Electronics)they have not brand new goods they are selling imported goods which is not selling for USE region.

I received a defected laptop, despite following up with the seller its been months of torture. I lost my job as a result and I'm very stressed.
