Excellent HP 12th Gen Laptop
I bought this 2 days back. So far too good. HP Envy 12th Gen, 32GB Ram, 1 Tera SSD with Windows Pro.Very Good new model with Face recognition.I contacted seller, immediately replied in WhatsApp.

Not original HP spec - Upgraded device
Found that device had Windows 11 Home, instead of Windows 11 Pro, which was not compatible with my office requirements. Seller tried upgrading by providing a License Key for 11 Pro. But the system reverted back to Windows 11 Home, as soon as I completed a Windows update.Upon checking the HP model no., it was clear that this device had been upgraded from original specs. The packaging was received in intact condition and seemed like a good device. Unfortunate that I could not use it. Seller kindly accepted the return after a short conversation.To others who plan to purchase this or similar products, I suggest that you open the packaging carefully and check system information, before using.
