Worked great! All the parts shown are included. It has held up well for a month now. The Bluetooth antenna may adhere to the watch when you remove the band or it may stick to the watch band from what I can tell. I just peeled the antenna off of the old band and put it in place on the watch.There are a couple of youtube videos on how to replace it. I added a small amount of rubber cement to the watch surfaces where the band is connected and it seems to be working well. It may not be necessary though.It took 10 or 15 minutes taking my time. All functions work like new.

Very happy with amazon finding this item for me. The band fit with no trouble and only took a few minutes install. Be able to find this band and have it fit so perfectly is much more then I expected. It even comes with a screw driver, what more can you ask. If you are stuck with a surge with a broken band this is for you. Going to fitbit directly was a complete waste of my time.
