Feeling All My Feelings Book

A cute book that normalises feelings, emotions and responses, and offers suggestions on how to manage these if they become 'too big.' We are usually able to take control of our feelings.The illustrations are wonderful.

A BRILLIANT book that gently explains emotions and how you have a choice on how to react to them. I cannot wait to share this with my son later. He struggles so much with big emotions and I KNOW this amazing story will resonate deeply with him. Sure to be a favourite we will read together every day! Oh, and the illustrations are amazing too! Highly recommend to ALL parents!

This is a delightful book with adorable illustrations. The book with resonate with children as they read about Kyle and his friend Tiny the mouse. Kyle has a lot of big feelings but the story shows children that it is OK to feel our feelings because these are normal. The story then looks at ways to overcome and accept both small and big emotions.

Bought as a Christmas gift, however, the courier saw fit to roll it up and leave in the letter box instead of the place everyone else uses. It eventually smoothed out enough to use as a stocking filler, and the content seems clear with a good storyline and illustrations.

Love this book. Simple and entertaining way to teach kids about feelings! Highly recommended!

This is a really nice series opener of a set of books that all convey strong and positive messages and contain stories that are meant to help the reader.I really enjoyed this one. It was a sweet story.

A wonderful way to teach kids about their big feelings and how to handle them. I enjoyed reading it to my 4 and 6 year olds.

I love books like this with welcoming illustrations, extra visual jokes, and best of all a simple but powerful message: it's normal to feel feelings ( and you can manage them a bit too!) A true keeper and essential for the little ones bookshelf.

This is truly a lovely feelings book. It is adorable to look at, and a pleasure to read. Little ones will learn to name their big feelings and will even be exposed to strategies to cope with some of them.

Kyle is a little kid with big emotions. Readers learn that these emotions are real and that it’s okay to feel them. Kyle shows different ways to handle his emotions, too. This is a great book that can lead to discussions at home about different feelings we all go through. Great read and nice illustrations that really display the different feelings.

Loved the way different emotions have been explained through sweet, simple words and rhymes and the illustrations are very cute. Great book for little ones to teach them about finding happy thoughts when sad🙂

Helping children understand their feelings and showing them it is ok to feel them all. I also love the part about you have a super power that can help you with all the negative feelings. Highly recommend!
