Polaris ATV 1-1/4 in. Receiver Hitch Draw Bar with 1 in. Drop

Perfect fit for my Polaris atv so I can hook my wagons for gardening etc. it’s very sturdy and easy to hook up.

Bought this for my brothers brand new Polaris ATV. He has a weird setup but this thing has worked like gold for him to tow his little two-wheel garden trailer.

Fits the 2016 Sportsman like a glove. Ok, a one finger glove but it fits just fine. I was looking around at all of the other ATV hitches out there and just could not settle on any. The reason I like this one is that the hole for the pin is further up the body compared to a typical auto hitch. With an auto hitch I could imagine it dipping a bit and not having too much meat in the receiver to support it. Of course I thought about getting any auto then drilling a new hole but after the expense and time I just didn't see it worth it. Therefore I got this and bingo, perfect fit. It doesn't have all of the options like some of the others out there but I really do not need them.

Could not find this locally. Thanks to Amazon search, I found it. Fits perfectly on my Polaris EFI 570. Very strong and I can hook up my trailer for the ATV and maneuver it to hook up to my truck. Also can hook up my utility trailer for hauling trash around my ranch.

If you have a Polaris Sportsman and you tow you need this. The maximum distance from the pin to the center hole on the hitch can not be more than 4" and this bar meets that perfectly. Some of the aftermarket bars may not meet that and will possible damage the hitch on your ATV. We tow a DR tow behind mower using this and it works great. This is a good priced valued item.

Bought two of these for different ATVs. Per the Polaris manual there should only be 4" between shank hole and pin hole. You cannot find anything that size at a big box store. Anything longer creates too much leverage when pulling to one side or another.

It's a well built hitch so I give it 4 stars. It doesn't work for my application though. I have a 2011 Polaris 550. With the 2" ball on the mount, I can't put the hitch on the ball. No clearance from the muffler. I ended up buying a larger drop hitch. Yes, the new one does sit back further from your machine, but now I can hook up my trailer. Hope this helps someone.
