Just stay away from this company.
I purchased 4 of these last year so I have had a bit of experience with the equipment. First thing you should know, the support for EnGenius is horrible. There are no logs that these devices collect for trouble shooting. The logs that are collected are erased every time the equipment reboots which happens to be about 5 times a day. If you have any experience with setting up a WIFI network, then you are largely ahead of the support personal at EnGenius. They cannot go beyond the script they are provided. Second thing you should know, you are paying for equipment that will not last over 6 months. I purchased these items last year in April and used them till October and then took them down to store them for the winter. I was told that this was not necessary as they are meant for harsh conditions but for the cost....I wanted to make sure. Pull them out this year and they cannot stay up. They continuously drop the connected computers or tablets. And of course reboot constantly. After talking with support, I was told that these units are good up to -32 degrees. It got to -26 here in Michigan. I can tell you right now, the equipment cannot handle -26 degrees. All three of these units are not working. What are the chances that all 3 would go bad exactly 1 year after the warranty. I also have 8 of their ENH210EXT's. Will be posting on them as well. Needless to say, I wasted thousands on their equipment. Lastly, do not ask to speak to a manager as they are not allowed to provide this information. Very sad...and expensive.

TERRIBLE Tech Support / Customer Service
The actual product works pretty good. We live on a rural property and need internet access across about a 300 yard area. It works well, except when its raining or the leaves fill in too much. That said, we've blown two POE injectors in less then 2 years because of lightning and its a part you have to order directly from the company for some reason and calling them is a HORRENDOUS experience. I have to talk to three people, have a ticket filled out and get a case number all before I can even order the part! Then when I call the third person to actually order the part, I find out they don't have it in stock and don't know when they will and there is no other place I can order it. It shouldn't be this hard folks.

Slow
Everything about this product looked great. The housing, mount, antenna(s), all fine. But as others have noted I could not get the kind of thru put it should have had. I'm experienced with networking. It has dual channel and should have good speed but even when it said the connection was excellent the actual speed was dismal. 13mbs when I should have been getting 40mbs minimum. I had a Asus rt-16 indoor router setup at the peak of the same roof in a hefty bag and got nearly 20mbs (intermittent). The 210 was mounted on a 1" x 10' high stainless pole 7' above the Asus location. It should have worked much better than the indoor router in a plastic bag did. Oh well I'm forced to return it today. I purchased 3-6' rp-sma cables instead. The Asus can then live inside and just the antenna's outside. The enh210ext was linked to a xfinity cable service modem. The 40' lan cable was made by me. Tested, and wired properly. (all wires paired correctly in the plugs) The lan connection is at gigabit speed. The same cable that the Asus had been using. The PoE injector should have made the cable even better. The 210 was set to AP mode, n only, wpa2-psk/AES, 40mhz, channel 1, (clearest after scanning). Clear line of sight, about 420 yds to the receiver. Just no reason for it not to have the speed it should have.

Stable Bridge.
First note: It is much larger than it looks in the picture, which can be good or bad depending on your use case. The UI is very intuitive and simple to use. The wireless connection is very stable and good at range. We plan on mounting these to poles outside, so I will be able to speak to the reliability in a few months.

Bullet Proof
It is probably not really bullet proof but it is the easiest radio to setup I have used in a long time. Great signal and decent throughput. Great throughput in AP mode but it does degrade when you start the WDS options up.

Good product but not a complete kit
Product works but does not come with power injector. You will need to purchase seperatly as this seller does not include them. Pole mounting hardware not included.

Great power!
This Access Point really has a lot of power, it helped me to replace 2 old Access Points from another brand. It's worth the price.
