Everything looks nice and comes in the box as stated. However it does not fuction as they claim. I have used grease guns for 25+ years and this one I was hoping would correct the flaws of the old style guns. It would not prime or pump and the only time I got it to work at all I had to reach under the bottom of the grease tube and apply pressure to the cup. I had hoped it would have worked after I had the grease moving but as soon as I would stop applying pressure to the internal cup it would not pump grease. Very disappointed as I have alot of use for a grease gun and to have one I don't have to constantly fuss with to keep it pumping would be nice in my shop.

I got this to use specifically for bearings as I have too many types of grease on the farm.I didn’t love the specialized grease containers but given what it was intended for I didn’t think I’d be needing it by the case. Pump won’t pump, (likely something to do with the canister that came with it), but given that they are specialized I can’t just experiment and swap them. Waste of time and money. Switching to a moly grease and just going to use for everything (with my Milwaukee powered grease gun which is awesome).

A tube of free grease was part of the order and no grease was included.

This equipment does not work as advertised, it will not maintain a prime…stay away from it, and the company does not make it easy to replace it through Amazon
