Like a new motor.
This kit replaces everything but the cylinder/piston and pull start coil. It took about half and hour to replace everything and now runs like a new motor ... it started right up. The parts seem to be of good quality and the kit was worth every cent. I would buy it again. It's not mentioned in the description, but the air filter is included with the air housing - so nothing else to buy.

Well worth it.
Definitely recommend, I had a 20 year old Honda pressure washer that was all beat up changed all parts and honestly turned on second pull. Extremely happy with the outcome.
