PRETTYCARE W300 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner with LED Touch Display

I bought this vacuum back in May 2022 for my wife. She LOVED it while it worked but noticed some issues with the charger early on which the company did addressed and sent me a new one. The vacuum worked like a charm and enjoyed how easy it was to clean the floors and the convenience of being cordless.However, after about a year of using it we noticed the battery wouldn't hold a charge anymore. I reached out to customer service and they offered me a credit on the W100 (new) green vacuum if I purchased it since they didn't have a replacement battery for my W300 blue vacuum.I would have rated this product 3/5 stars since I was expecting to get more usage but decided to gave it an extra star for the excellent customer service.

I purchased this product May 17, 2022. It worked well for a bit. But over time the battery stopped lasting as long and the roller would stop working and now it doesn't workbat all. Overall it sold me on the convenience of cordless vacuums however, I guess I'll look elsewhere for a replacement.

Update 2 (9/16):My issue has been resolved and I can confirm that Prettycare has excellent customer service. My issue was revolved quickly and my vacuum was replaced with an even better version of this vacuum. I have never had a better customer service experience than this.Updated Review:I'm disappointed that my vacuum has stopped working. I have 2 places I live for 6 months each. This vacuum was at one house, so it was only used for half a year. Anyways, the vacuum completely died on me. It won't charge, it wouldn't turn off until I drained the battery, and it has an unknown error code "E8"Hopefully I can come back and edit this post about good customer service. Until then, I have to consider this a no buy product.Original Review:I needed a vacuum to clean dog hair from my hardwood floors and a couple 8"x10" rugs. My dog sheds A LOT, so the floor needs to be vacuumed every single day. I don't know the square footage of the downstairs, but it's most like in the 1,000ft² range, probably more. For the most part this vacuum is used only downstairs and on the stairs themselves (2 sets). Our plug in Dyson does the carpeted bedrooms upstairs.This vacuum sucks up dog hair with ease on the low setting. In fact, it actully sucks it up outside of the part touching the floor. It sucks in a couple inches wide of where you actually push the vacuum. This is for a hardwood floor only, as on carpets it only sucks up exactly where the vacuum runs.On carpets, the vacuum is much weaker, but still works well. We have new and rather thin carpets, so I turn this up to high power and it cleans them perfectly. If I leave it on low power, it still works, but I sometimes have to go over a spot I already hit and go much slower.On stairs, this thing is a dream come true. I have all wood stairs as I have not purchased a runner yet. I usually do high power, but it really only needs low power. I normally dread stairs with a heavy plug in Dyson and to be honest, I just don't do them often enough. This vacuum make stairs so easy. It's so light weight, and the head light is amazing for the dark corners of the stairs. It's so maneuverable so going from step to step and turning it around to get both sides of the steps is great.Battery life is also great for my use. I have yet to get below 40% and if you actually read my whole review, you know I use low and high power and vacuum over 1,000ft² plus 2 flights of stairs. Usually I have about 60% left, but when it shows 60% it usually means I rushed and skipped some areas. Overall, the battery life is much better than my old cordless Dyson that cost over $300.Pros:- Lightweight- Easy to use- Maneuverable- Great Battery life- Strong suction- Makes me actually want to vacuum everyday (Seriously, I want to use it)- It's on the quiet side, especially in low power mode.- There are seriously so many more great things about this vacuum. I could go on and on.Cons:- There really aren't any so far but I'll nitpick to find things....- Removing the dust bin to access the filter is difficult and I always feel like I'm going to break the device- I wish there was a wireless charging optionIf you are considering this vacuum, it's time to pull the trigger. You will absolutely not regret it. This is a definite absolute must buy for anyone in the market for this type of product.

This vacuum didn't last. Battery will not work. Vacuum lasted just about a year. We were refunded 40% of the price. Still disappointed as it leaves us with a vacuum that looks brand new and is it not working and we have to dispose of (more trash) and no vacuum cleaner.

This thing works pretty well for the price point. Our Dyson’s battery decided to die on us, and we needed a replacement that would come quickly and didn’t want to pay the $500+ for another Dyson. The suction works very well on tile/hardwood, less well on carpet/rug but still does okay. I really like that you press the button once and it stays running, whereas I had to hold the button down on the Dyson which made my hand tired and cramped. The battery lasts long enough to vacuum our entire two bedroom apartment on the low setting and have plenty leftover; drains more quickly on the high setting but I’ve found we don’t need to use the high setting that frequently. One thing that’s really annoying is that the little roller brush thing (in the picture attached) pops out while I’m vacuuming ALL THE TIME, and I’ll have to turn the thing off, pop it back into place, then continue vacuuming. Overall a decent little vacuum but I wish they’d fix the roller brush issue!

Pros: Light weight, front lights for seeing into tight spaces, easy to maneuver, interchangeable parts, rechargeable, and can be cleaned easilyCons: battery life declines with time, suction power declines with timeI've had this vacuum for almost a year now and when I first got it the battery last much longer, suction was great and it charged pretty fast. It still does the job pretty well but I can tell I'm going to need to find a replacement vacuum soon.

When I got the vacuum I had a hard time to put it together, there is nothing smooth and easy. I decided to send it back but I needed it so I kept it. Mistake. Have to take it apart after every second time I used it. Like I said, taking it apart and back together is not easy . It can’t handle normal household dust. I had a other well known brand and the batterie was not good anymore after !6! years. That’s the reason I got rid of the old one ( battery replacement very expensive) 2.mistake. I wasted money in this one and it doesn’t work right. You just can’t this vacuum 3 times in a row without cleaning the whole thing, I don’t talk about emptying it, I talk about maintenance. Come on! I threw it in the trash today.
