I really like that these stainless steel trays are great for mis en place and pulling meats and fish off heat to rest. They can also go in the dishwasher which you can’t do with the aluminum trays. I don’t use them in the oven, so I don’t know how they would do. They’re quite thin so I would guess they might warp. For prep they are terrific.

These little trays have been perfect for reheating things in my toaster oven. I no longer have to use aluminum foil! They scrub up nicely. I have been hand washing and air drying them and so far, so good.

These arrived in a bag with a shipping label, no package, no tamper seal or anything on the ziplock. The plastic on each side of the tray was put on before the lips of the tray were beveled. Meaning that pealing the lower plastic leave some under the lip you can't get out.Seem like they'll make great parts trays or possibly drop trays, but I'm Leary of actually cooking on them

As I received the trays, each tray was individually tightly shrink wrapped. It was a chore trying to remove it. The main issue was on the underneath side with a rounded rim, it seems the plastic is lodged in there, and there is no way to remove it. If this steel tray was heated in any form, it would melt and fumes would emit. Sadly, I need to return this item. If this was done to preserve sterility of the product, it is messy and I feel there are better options then this. In the photo, I have highlighted with arrows to provide documentation of this lodged plastic on the underside of the rim of the tray.

These pans are a great buy. I use them in the toaster oven to warm up things like chicken wings or pizza. They cool quickly, so you can use them as plates. They are very sturdy and shine like new straight from the dishwasher. I'm glad I got them.

I had a small metal tray from my mom I used to death. I was so glad when I found these. Perfect size for small meal or just reheating a slice of pizza!
