If you are going to buy external hard drive only and only buy Toshiba. It will cost you 200₹/400₹ more but reliable for long use.Smooth ,easy to use .. eject properly with giving command....it will work smooth.

Overall this hdd is good, perfect and come with backup and security software which you can download from online but in my laptop the speed is slow about 20 to 22 mbps i think my laptop is very old so that's why but good product.

Works out of the box for a Win 10 based laptop, has a small USB cable inside the box, though it works even with the older cable that came with the previous 2 Gb external HDD.Write speed is about 110 mbps when copying files from an unfragmented drive and about 30-33 mbps from a fragmented drive on Win 10 Pro - when connected on a USB 3 port.The build quality seems to be better than the 2Gb ones (Toshiba Canvio's) that I had purchased in the last few years - a little fatter and heavier than the 2 Gb.Have been using it for more than a month now and I am quite happy with the performance...

It shows Only 931GB.But it has good speed of files transfer may be approx 140-145mbps.It is light weight and very small in size just like men's wallet size.Overall Good Product.

I purchased this toshiba canvio advance drive 3-4 days back on cod payment option and the good news is , product is out of freshly made stock, mfg date on drive's box is september 2019 so that's satisfying and drive is perfoming smoothly good, but as i'm using usb 2.0 in my laptop, transfer speeds are around 20-25 mbps only as my laptop is really old so not surprising to me, usb 3.0 will surely make the vast differences in transfer speed. This is my first external hard drive and i'm happy with this piece of beauty..hope it lasts longer
