I have had a problem with deer ravaging my garden this year. They were eating the tops of my tomato and hot pepper plants. They would jump a small 2 foot fence, do their damage, and crap all over. I bought these and the first day, they seemed to have no effect. I adjusted the position and range setting the next day and have had no deer damage since. I don't even see rabbits near the garden anymore! They definitely seem to work for me!

I think the product works, but one unit won't charge with the solar panel. The other's range is about 1/2 the advertized distance. So I requested two more as replacement....which came yesterday. So we'll see if these are are better

I've used these for a solid week. I placed them in areas of easy motion detection. They did nothing to deter the deer, if anything, it was an open invitation to a garden eating party, strobe lights and all. Most of the garden is completely gone and a majority of the scat is directly in front of these sensors. I will not be purchasing these again. They didn't even have any effect on my toy poodle. Very disheartened and disappointed.

Unfortunately these did not do what i had hoped. The neighbour's cats do their business right in front of the sensors as if to laugh at my attempt to deter them. After a question of weeks they weren't working properly (the sound options wouldn't adjust properly and i could hear it), but when I tried to contact the company I was srnt in circles and unable to get a hold of them. Disappointing.

Purchased four of these devices to keep the deer and other animals from destroying our property. Have them placed in all the areas where we have seen destruction. They charge up great from the sun and they emit a sound barely audible to humans and then a light will flicker with motion to scare them away. Have been working great so far.

I had deer eating everything they could reach in my garden. This came the same day I ordered it and only took a few hours to charge. I was able to set it up that evening and have not had any vegetables eaten since installing. I highly recommend.

All four of mine operated initially, and twice I've observed whitetail stop in their tracks, appear puzzled, and then take off running. But... I can't keep them working. The problem may be insufficient solar panel and battery for real world conditions (e.g. shadows cast by innocuous foliage, building structures, etc) as those working best for me are located in full sun... away from the landscaping I'm trying to protect.Update: As we approach the autumn equinox with it's shorter days, all of my units are no longer charging their batteries even though I've positioned them in brightly lit sites. I really can't recommend this product as it just can't keep the batteries charged with its solar panels. 😥

This really seems to work. Bought after deer found tomatoes in garden last year. Was able to salvage rest of season with this. Bought 2 more this year to protect rest of garden. So far so good, my tomatoes are intact!
