I didn't expect this product to have an alarm I really like this it works great

This lock lasted maybe 4 months of very light usage. 6 months ago the alarm stopped working. I believe it is no longer charging correctly. I take care of my items and this was very important to me as I had a recent bike theft incident of my expensive motorcycle and I NEED THE AUDIO ALARM. Now I am using it like a regular lock but I am unhappy. Contacted the company but no response. Wish I bought an another cheaper model. AVOID.

Pros-•It appears to be made from decent enough quality metal, it actually has some real weight to it.• appears to have a nice looking anodized coating.•packaged quite nicely inside the box.•came with three sets of keys.•fit my maxi scooter brake and throttle (2006 Honda Reflex)with no rubber shims needed.Cons-•Sounds more like 110-120 decibels max.•came in a beat up box written entirely in what appears to be Chinese characters and broken english.•Annoying bespoke charging cable means it's a paper weight when the charging port/cable dies.-Overall I'm pleased with my purchase. You never know with some of these iffy looking Amazon listings, but this one appears to be a decent bargain for the price, with just the right corners cut to keep the price low.

For visual effects,good..sturdy yes.,,quick to put on,once you figure out the right adaptor to fit your bike..all and all,,not bad for the price,,but it says 120 decibals,,not sure about that,expected it to be louder.

I use this a lot and it works amazingly for what I use it for!

The lock itself works alright but the alarm is so sensitive that the moment you engage it and try to close the lock the alarm goes off. The batteries I received with it are acid eaten and rusted. Definitely disappointed.

Like the sturdiness and higher loudness 130 decibel alarm. Dislike the cheap Phillips head bolt on battery plate; easily strips.

Used it for my Yamaha FJR 1300. The alarm is nowhere near 110db and it goes off when you put the key in to remove it. I lost the keys so it took exactly 4 seconds to prize it apart and turn off the alarm. Binned the pieces.

So hard to close, you have to squeeze together with great strength just to press lock button. Bad design.

Very good idea. The lock is not fluent. The battery place is a mystery. Little instruction or picture would go a long way.
