One month later and I can barely recognize myself! Neither can my family or friends hahaha. These anti-anxiety pills are really life changing. It is a Great supplement. It works like a charm and has been stabilizing my mood in the last two months that I have been using it. My wife got this for me actually because she is so sick of my mood swings haha. Now that I don’t have that imaginary dark cloud of doom hanging over my head all the time, I can see what she means when I’m turning into a ‘grumpy old man.’ These mood swings are normal for someone my age (45 if you’re wondering) I can remember my pops getting snappy too around this point in his life.
